Yoga for new students at Dream Yoga
























New to Yoga, Meditation or Dream? Or want to start anew?

The following classes are suitable for students new to yoga and meditation; and those who are returning to yoga and want to start anew. Students looking for a more Gentle Yoga class will also find classes here.

 

In these classes, you can learn and fine-tune basic yoga and meditation skills, or ease yourself back into yoga. If you need a less vigorous yoga practice for health reasons, try our "Gentle Yoga," any of our Mini-Courses; and  our "Yoga Stretch & Strengthen" classes. 

 

New students might also enjoy taking one or more Private Lessons with one of our wonderful instructors to help you get started.

 

If you're confused about which class to start with, or want a Private Session to help you assess what might be best for you, contact Luann!

 

To further help you decide on a class, see Which Class Is for Me?  Some classes require more experience to participate safely. So we've provided you a list of classes BY LEVEL of Experience (Beginnerís, Level 1, Level 2, etc.). 

 

You DO NOT need to register before a class in order to Drop In to or try a class!  We welcome Drop Ins.

 



 

Also for YOU: At Dream's Wellness Center, you can get get Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Ayurvedic and  other Healing Arts Services to further help you reduce stress, relieve pain and otherwise come into balance.

 It's often helpful to take a few private classes with Luann or another Dream Yoga instructor to start yoga, or before entering an ongoing yoga class.

 

Other New "Beginner Yoga" classes will be scheduled as interest dictates.

 

In a Beginning Yoga Class, youíll learn how to rejuvenate and strengthen your body and mind through basic yoga poses, total body stretching, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation.
