It's often helpful to take a few private classes with Luann or another Dream Yoga instructor to start yoga, or before entering an ongoing yoga class.
Other New "Beginner Yoga" classes will be scheduled as interest dictates.
In a Beginning Yoga Class, you’ll learn how to rejuvenate and strengthen your body and mind through basic yoga poses, total body stretching, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation.
