The following classes are suitable for students new to yoga and meditation; or who are returning to yoga and want to start anew.
In these classes, you can learn and fine-tune basic yoga and meditation skills, or ease yourself back into yoga. If you need a less vigorous yoga practice for health reasons, try our "Candlelight Restorative," "Gentle Yoga for Every Body," "Yoga for Boomers & Beyond," and Yoga Stretch & Strengthen" classes.
New students might also enjoy taking one or more Private Lessons with one of our wonderful instructors to help you get started.
