The following classes are suitable for students new to yoga and meditation; and those who are returning to yoga and want to start anew. Students looking for a more Gentle Yoga class will also find classes here.
In these classes, you can learn and fine-tune basic yoga and meditation skills, or ease yourself back into yoga. If you need a less vigorous yoga practice for health reasons, try our "Gentle Yoga," any of our Mini-Courses; and our "Yoga Stretch & Strengthen" classes.
New students might also enjoy taking one or more Private Lessons with one of our wonderful instructors to help you get started.

You DO NOT need to register before a class in order to Drop In to or try a class! We welcome Drop Ins.
