Consider Dropping In or Doing Your Make-Ups in Luann's Restorative Classes

In the last class of each of Luann’s classes of each session, students engage in a Gentle, Yin and Restorative Yoga practice. With the help of props and gravity, these classes will help you easily get deeper stretches to release deeply held tension, and experience greater rest and relaxation. Please consider pampering yourself by taking a least one of your make-up classes in one or more of Luann’s Restorative classes. All levels can participate.

These classes are also great classes to bring your friends to—to help them reduce their stress levels and enjoy a yoga class, even if they aren’t experienced yogis or yoginis. Half-price ($11) for students new to Dream Yoga.

If you don’t have any classes to make up, consider Dropping In to an extra class for a $20 fee.
